Playing Downloaded Videos is a nightmare! After each update the experience on this section is getting worse! Now when we go to home screen while playing the video and then return to the video, the searching circle or whatever it's called never goes! We have to quit the app and restart the app! In short they have to work a lot on the "download section".😠

Careerwill Learning's promising content is overshadowed by persistent buffering issues. Even after downloading videos fully, playback interruptions disrupt learning. Replaying or exiting videos doesn't solve the problem, leading to frustration and hindered progress. As a dedicated learner, this glitch significantly impacts my experience and the app's overall quality. Urgently addressing this buffering problem is crucial to maintaining a smooth learning journey for all users.

There are so many class videos those are not available to download for offline view mode along with that in the download section all videos are shuffled means not sorted as per there correct order. If it is possible that user can see all the queue and which video is download and after that which video is listed for download is very beneficial for the user.
